1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. COD orders are confirmed via a verification call or SMS before dispatch.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping coming soon!
3. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please note:
- Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.
- Ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
- Repeatedly refused or returned COD orders may result in future COD restrictions on your account.
3. Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Shipping Partners We ship via trusted courier such as [PostEx] for reliable, nationwide delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages Report any damaged or missing items within 12 hours of the expected delivery date. Contact us, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
